Jerseys’ history dates all the way back to the 1900’s. Well, late 1990’s, actually. And, to be honest, it was still just an idea then. You see, Jerseys is the place owner Gregg Majewski dreamed of when he first got into the restaurant business. From the kinds of foods he’s always loved, to the sleek, Club Level-like atmosphere, to just being a great hangout for the whole family. Gregg imagined something different than your typical “Sports Bar.” After all, why couldn’t there be a “Sports Restaurant?” In 2005, dream became reality and the first Jerseys debuted in Hoffman Estates, Illinois. Why the name Jerseys? Because in Gregg’s own words, “It says sports without saying sports.” Besides, New Jersey was taken. By visiting Jerseys, you’re helping to write our story.
